Front squat ~85% of 1RM: 3-3-3

5 rounds for time:
105# power snatch, 6 reps
24" box jump, 10 reps

  1. 205-225-235. There was more there on these, but I decided to play it a little on the safe side and remember training is a journey, not a destination. Next time I will know I can start higher.

    Met-Con at Rxd = 5:50. Loved it.
