  2. As you said, that WOD has a special place in hell. One of those that doesn't look too bad on paper but just destroys you when you actually do it.

  3. Oh yeah, and for record purposes I did the squate cleans in the WOD at 125lbs. Which was dumb. Gotta stop being stubborn and follow the system, should have gone with 115lbs.
