  1. AM- So I woke up at 445 this morning and promtly couldnt find my keys because Wyatt had hidden them. After I found them I drove out to a trail for the ruck. My topo reading must be off becasue it was STRAIGHT UP!! Any way I only did 4.5 miles and it took me an hour.

    PM this was awesome-great progression and endless possibilities of variations. Rest day tomorrow.
