  3. I also did the WOD first and for comparisons sake I went ahead and did the runs at 800-600-400 like a sucker.

    19:12 (we'll call it a tie since the run distances vary and are not exactly perfect)

    then, 90%x5 deadlifts:
    345-355-355-355-355.

    I'm tired. Time for a Spaten Ocktoberfest!
