21-15 and 9 rep rounds of:
Left-arm Kettlebell snatch, 1.5 pood
Right-arm Kettlebell snatch, 1.5 pood
Pull-ups
7:39.  I was limited by grip failure.  This destroys your grip.  I had to come off the bar 2 times on the set of 9 pull-ups to keep from kipping myself onto the floor!
