When I was done warming up and was all set up to do "Annie" the rain stopped and the clouds cleared out. So I went for it...and the storms stayed away long enough...

ReplyDeleteJon, I am not sure I understand the question. For each round you do an 800m run, then all 50 back ext then all 50 sit-ups. I did the sit-ups without an abmat this time. Let me know if there is anything I can clarify or help with.
Sorry for vague question, each time I have done Michael in past have simply done a traditional situp coupled with a superman, did not know if abmat was required or GHD or the like for either situps or back extensions to qualify as Rx'd. Don't have GHD or anything like that at the house so will make the best of it regardless but wanted to know what is acutally requirement. Thanks for answering!!
