I sucked at BP today. Need to rig up a spot stand casue fear kept me from going to heavy. The tire drag was awesome...it will break you off and stop you in your tracks.
That's not bad on the bench dude. And it is nice to have a spotter. Now that I have my Dad to spot me I have been much more confident when I bench and it is helping my performance. Good job on everything else...nice way to punish yourself.
