Warm Up

(Mini Leg Blaster is 20 Air Squats, 10 Lunges, 10 Jumping Lunges, 10 Jump Squats)

WOD 1
Run for total distance
3 Minutes
1 Min Rest
3 Minutes
2 Min Rest
6 Minutes

WOD 2
21-18-15-12
Front Squat
Deadlift
Pushup x 2

  1. First the mini leg blasters are awesome..much like tabatas they are alot of work in a short ammount if time.
    The run sucked but I covered 2 Miles, which is a bit slow but Ill work on it.

    WOD 2 was bad ass and you will love it. Do it once you get your second bar. Dont have a time but did 135 for FS and 185 for DL. Did the first round of both unbroken and then broke both up in two pieces. I tried to limit my rest to 3-2-1 but it got a little longer in the last two rounds.
