Stamina
AM Ruck 6-8 Miles with 45# hard

PM Max Pushups, Pullup, Dip, Situps
then Tabata Pushup, Pullup, Dips, Situp

  1. AM So I did the ruck this morning and did 7 miles in 1:29...I was f'n moving. It was a good morning and my legs are hurting now.

    PM Moving and Packing got the best of me and this portion of the WOd will be done in the morning tomorrow before the strength wod which will probobly be modified to meet time constraints... such is the reality of life.
