    5 rounds and all but the dips.

    5 Mile Run- 36:20
    My goal was 37:30 so Im pretty happy with the effort. Sitting 12 weeks out I feel pretty good about where I am right now.

    Shane if you read this...we need to figure out how to get you out here for the 4th...We need to have a Fran off or something.
