This was a beast. I managed all the BJ unbroken, all but a set of the Burpees unbroken, 6 rounds of the deads unbroken and the wallball were very broken. WB are still my nemesis, need to keep working on it.

ReplyDeleteNice work bro! I think that looks like a pretty good performance to me. Working toward unbroken sets I think is the trick/goal here. You are a beast, I wish I had your CRE (that's Cardio Respiratory Endurance for you non-Level 1 havin' wussies). ;-)
